  • Martha Island (Pilgrimage Island), Avel Castillo (guest) wrote 15 years ago:
As its name indicate the island is ideal playground for children because of its calm and clear and shallow water. The swimming area is between two islands thus is protected from big waves. There are also picnic cottages available for rent at reasonable prices. The place is clean. For the safety of visitors park security guards are posted in the area the whole day.Overnight stay can also be arrange with the local tourist office in Lucap wharf.
